Music Monitor is a solution developed using the Claris Filemaker platform. Filemaker Server (the host) and Filemaker Pro (the desktop client) are required to run the solution. All software is included in the license options detailed below.

FOR MUSIC TEAMS

The annual cost of the Music Team license is determined by the number of users. 'Users' generally include music administration staff, music department heads, music tutors/teachers, and may also include accounts, payroll or library staff. User licenses are purchased in bundles of 5, allowing for flexibility as staff come and go throughout the year. See table below for examples.

​Optional add-ons include our Cloud Hosting and Integration packages, as well as New User Training and Support packages.

•        Web access for teachers/tutors (not recommended for admin staff)
•        Annual update and health check of solution files, carried out by one of our team
•        1 hr refresher training session provided by one of our team, ensuring users are familiar with the latest features

Includes:
•        10 x 1hr personalised online training sessions with one of our team. Choose the modules that are most relevant to your situation.
•        5 hrs of SOS support

Integrations package
​Open up a world of APIs with this optional add-on to your annual license fee. Our integrations are a work in progress as we respond to requests and collaborate with our customers. This add-on gives you access to those we have already built, and, with the purchase of additional support or customisation packages, we will work with you on your projects.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

For music teachers running their own home studios, or for smaller music schools, Music Monitor is now available as a single-user license. We will provide you with a login and link to download the necessary software.  Your data is securely hosted on a shared server.

$228 (i.e. $19 per month billed annually)
