Music Assist

As an extension of our support for Music Monitor schools, we can now provide onsite or remote assistance for those times you need someone to step in and take the reins. Nobody in the school knows the job or Music Monitor like you so let us take care of those specialist tasks when you're unavailable.​

We can help by:

We will provide:

• Filling short-term vacancies - where your regular administrator is taking holidays, long service leave, or during periods of sickness, etc.
• Filling longer-term vacancies - stepping into the role until a new replacement is found.
• Regular admin support - perhaps your school is not able to appoint a permanent music administrator but requires someone for a few hours a week to complete enrolments, timetables, roll-marking, pays, billing, etc.  This work could be undertaken either remotely via TeamViewer or on-site.
• Occasional admin support - for those high stress times!​

An experienced Music Administrator who:

• understands schools, parents and music teachers
• is familiar with Music Monitor, Synergetic, Microsoft Office, etc.
• knows how and where to ask for help
• has a current Working With Children Check and references

Music Monitor support via TeamViewer is provided as part of this service for the duration of the assignment. This is included in the fee and not deducted from your Support Package.

$82.50 per hour (incl GST)

Regional and interstate

Additional callout fee of $220 (incl GST) plus accommodation and expenses  ​​
